As our Senior Partner, you will be part of an ambitious HR team consisting of 9 experienced HR professionals, and you will be reporting to our Head of Transformation & Leadership. You will be based at our headquarters in Middelfart. The position will take you travelling up to 50 days per year to our foreign offices to connect with our leaders, conduct training sessions as well as workshops.
The role of the Senior Partner, Transformation & Leadership is new in Bunker Holding. As such, you will be shaping the role based on your key individual skills and experience. Your primary responsibility as Senior Partner includes ensuring that our leaders are being supported by meaningful and relevant development activities with the focus of providing value to their employees and support the strategic direction of the company. This involves daily interaction with managers supporting them on operational challenges, as well as developing and driving leadership development activities and programmes. Additionally, you carry out the change manager role on projects in the organisation, partnering with our project teams and the business units to ensure that changes implemented in the organization are sustainable and value-creating.

Your qualifications are a minimum of 7 years directly related experience preferably in an international organisation or consultancy firm. Throughout your career you have demonstrated that you are able to quickly build and maintain strong business relationships. You probably have a university degree within business administration, organisation and management or similar.
