As a student Assistant focusing on reward you will support and assist with implementing and running Bunker Holding’s reward projects. In this position, you will become a part of Group HR and work closely with a broad range of stakeholders domestically and internationally. The position is part time, approximately 10-15 hours per week and you will be based in our Headquarter in Middelfart.

About the job
As Student Assistant you will assist the Senior Counsel with internal and external benchmarking, market analyses of compensation, annual salary review processes, reward and benefit programmes and global frameworks for reward. Additionally, you will be involved in following:

  • Assist and consult in the reward space including, position evaluation, job grading, career frameworks and to some extent mobility
  • Participate in the development of Reward strategies, policies and processes for our managers

Your profile and qualifications
Preferably, you are studying a relevant education in HR, business administration, finance or similar. You are passionate about reward and change management. Moreover, you:

  • Are genuinely interested in HR and the Reward space
  • Are a fast learner - with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Have a positive attitude, work independently and consider yourself as being resilient
  • Have a commercial mind-set & international outlook
  • Can work independently as well as in teams
  • Are always detail orientated with an ambition to ensure high-quality deliveries
