Join our recruitment team
At our HQ in Middelfart, you will become part of Group HR with 13 experienced HR professionals. Here, you will join our recruitment team and work closely together with our Head of Talent Acquisition and Student Assistant.
Right now, we are experiencing a rapid growth in Bunker Holding, meaning that we have an increased number of open positions globally. To be able to follow up on and work with recruitment in the most efficient way, we need your help for structuring our research methods and establish aligned processes.
Conduct research and build our candidate pipeline
As a talent acquisition specialist, you will be working together with hiring managers to identify, attract and recruit talent. Your main tasks will involve setting up and shaping your sourcing function, including day to day research assignments related to the various recruitment needs.
This means that you:
- Create a talent pipeline by developing search plans and candidate maps – e.g. via LinkedIn
- Perform recruitment tasks, e.g. defining candidate profiles, writing job descriptions, choosing advertising media, screen and conduct pre-interviews and interviews and giving feedback on tests
- Continuously asses future talent needs and maintain our talent pool
- Ensure data quality and aligned processes
- Advise hiring managers about the best match in candidates

You have research and sourcing experience
As a person, you have excellent interpersonal skills, and you interact with people at all levels and across different cultures easily. You have a strong drive and a personal impact that enables you to achieve goals, and you enjoy handling multiple priorities.
In addition, you:
Bring a few years of experience sourcing and/or recruiting candidates – e.g. from a similar position in a consultancy firm or another in-house recruitment function
Probably have a master’s degree within HR, communication or similar
Speak and write English and Danish effortlessly
We utilise Talensoft as ATS and Thomas International as assessment tool, and if you are not already certified, we will provide the applicable certifications and training.
