Bunker Holding Group offers an exciting position as IT Supporter in our service desk, supporting our more than 600 users around the world. Your focus will mainly be on the US area and you will be based at our HQ in Middelfart. You will be part of the Service Desk Team together with 6 competent and committed colleagues who all strive to provide the best possible support to our end-users.
As our IT Supporter for the US area, your role covers different aspects within IT support, and you will be taking lead on more complex tasks. Your daily work as our IT Supporter will include:
- User support through phone and ticket system
- Communication with external specialists concerning servers and SQL related tasks
- Handling all reported incidents relating to our environment which is both on prem and cloud based.
- Application support e.g. Dynamics Business Central and CRM, Office 365 and other business related applications
- Trouble shoot and elevate issues to our partners
- Software and hardware installations (including mobile phones)
- Handling user administration
A serviced minded and structured communicator with flair for IT technology
You will become a part of a growing team who is handling both 1st and 2nd level support which also include service requests and incidents. It is important that you are a team player who takes responsibility for your own performance as well as your team’s. We expect you to be curious and eager to learn more about our systems and new technology.
You have previous experience working with an IT service desk and know how to deliver excellent service to the users. In addition, you can communicate and teach our users about best practice and can handle stressful situations with a calm and controlled approach. Furthermore, you have a relevant educational background combined with more than 5 years of experience within IT support. Finally, you speak Danish and English at a professional level.

The service desk is developing at a fast pace and the position offers an opportunity to grow and develop ongoing knowledge. The success for you and the team is end-user priority and case handling at high professional level regardless the complexity of the issue. Your work hours will mainly be from 14.00 to 22.00, because of the time difference, and there will be colleagues to spare with during some of the day.
In this position, there is a possibility of relocating to Houston if this is of interest.
