Bunker Holding Group offers an exciting position as Senior IT Supporter in our service desk, supporting our more than 800 users around the world. You will be based at our HUBs in Athens, Aarhus, or HQ in Middelfart and you will be part of the Service Desk Team together with 7 competent and committed colleagues who all strive to provide the best possible support to our end-users.
We are looking for a senior supporter who strive for end user application support especially within Navision, CRM and Dynamics Business Central but also our other smaller applications.
Preferably you want to take ownership of bringing the ServiceDesk knowledge and application product teams closer together and be part of bringing knowledge back to the ServiceDesk and end users and increasing the capabilities on both sides
You will become a part of a growing team who handles both 1st and 2nd level end user support. It is important that you are a team player who takes responsibility for your own performance as well as your team’s. We expect you to be curious and eager to learn more about our systems and new technology. Furthermore, you take pride in being a part of an awesome Service Desk team and IT organization – which works fully agile and embarks on one of the biggest digitization endeavors within Denmark
You have previous experience working with application support and end user support and know how to deliver excellent service to the users. In addition, you can communicate and teach our users about best practice and can handle stressful situations with a calm and controlled approach. Furthermore, you have a relevant educational background combined with more than 5 years of experience within IT support. Finally, you speak and write English at a professional level and preferably Danish but not a must.
