The job
As part of the Treasury team your responsibilities will be focused on proactively supporting the business with relevant analysis, guidance on risk management and governance. The industry is in transition and moving towards greener fuel. This will impact the risk picture and we are developing improved reporting and system setup, so we need your skills, curiosity, and drive for change to fulfil our goals. Experience within treasury is considered an advantage, however it is not a must. In this position, it is important that you possess drive and willingness to learn and develop within the field. Besides focusing on risk management, financial modelling, FX and ERM, we work together as a team to develop the optimal and secured processes that keep us updated on an ever-changing risk picture.

Your profile
Our new Risk Manager ideally has 2-5 years´ of relevant experience and possess great international stakeholder management skills combined with a commercial mindset. You are positive, engaging and have an open and understanding approach towards others, which makes you capable of securing a stable environment for external stakeholders as well as for the team. You have excellent Excel-skills and might also know how to use Power BI while experience with the use of treasury related IT tools (we are using Kyriba) would also be considered an advantage.

Furthermore:
• You hold a relevant degree in Finance or Economics at master’s level
• You communicate fluently in English
