Bunker Holding Group offers an exciting position as Junior IT Supporter in our service desk, supporting more than 900 users around the world. You will be based at our HQ in Middelfart, and you will be part of the Service Desk Team together with 7 competent and committed colleagues who all strive to provide the best possible support to our end-users.

Your role will cover different areas within 1. level IT support and taking lead on tasks within the service desk area. Your daily work as 1. level IT Supporter include:

  • user support through phone, ticket system and personal face to face communication
  • communication with external specialists concerning servers and SQL related tasks
  • using power shell to handle amendments on our Exchange online environment.
  • trouble shoot and elevate issues to our partners
  • software and hardware installations (including mobile phones)
  • handling user administration
  • end-user system support e.g., our Dynamics Navision and CRM, BI, Electronic archive, O365 and other cloud-based programs.

You will become a part of a growing team who handles both 1st and 2nd level end user support. It is important that you are a team player who takes responsibility for your own performance as well as your team’s. We expect you to be curious and eager to learn more about our systems and new technology. You know how to deliver excellent service to our users, and you take pride in being part of an awesome Service Desk team and IT organization – which work fully agile and embarks on one of the biggest digitisation endeavours within Denmark.  

Furthermore, you have a relevant educational background within IT support. Finally, you speak and write Danish and English at a professional level.
