With reference to the Group CCO, our new Executive Consultant will be a key stakeholder in assisting on and participating in various M&A activities, executing and driving various strategic initiatives as well as supporting the CCO daily with management reporting and project management.
Solid business acumen and analytical flair
Ideally you bring several years’ experience from a similar position or hold between 3-5 years relevant experience e.g., from a consultancy or within the industry. You have a strong commercial profile and solid understanding and capabilities to acquaint yourself with various business models and complex problems. You have a strong business acumen and understand the main value drivers of a company and an industry. Furthermore, you are an ambitious team player with a strong academic background within economics, finance and accounting, strategy, and organization. You have an analytical approach and can present and communicate complex data, both verbally and via presentation materials, in a simple way.

The key tasks are:
- Taking the lead on and participate in M&A projects and workstreams e.g., industry analysis, screening, target analysis, due diligence process, etc.
- Management reporting
- Execution of strategic projects and project management
- Participation and involvement in confidential negotiations
- Assist projects/tasks across the Bunker Holding Group – e.g., market analysis, competitor analysis, customer analysis, etc.
- Participate in selected Bunker Holding Group team’s topical meetings
You are effective, transparent, and energetic when executing projects and tasks.
You have a high level of abstraction and work in a structured and data-driven way. Besides your commercial understanding and flair with numbers, you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment, while still maintaining relationships and uphold stakeholder management based on a cooperating nature. Furthermore, you hold excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Danish and English.
